Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Charlotte office accessible if I have mobility needs?

Our Park Road location is on the second floor and involves a small staircase, so it isn’t currently ADA accessible. If that’s a barrier for you, reach out — we can talk through whether virtual sessions with one of our Charlotte therapists might be a better fit.

How do I know which Charlotte therapist is the right fit?

Every therapist on our team brings a slightly different lens — some specialize in addiction recovery, others in premarital work or neurodivergent relationships.

If you’re not sure where to start, reach out through our contact form and we’ll help match you based on your goals.

Can we start in person in Charlotte and move to online therapy sessions later?

Yes. Because our therapists are licensed across multiple states, many clients start in person and shift to virtual sessions as schedules or circumstances change, without needing to switch therapists.
