Skyla Cochrane – Social Media Coordinator

Hello! My name is Skyla Cochrane. I grew up in Arizona and recently graduated from Arizona State University. I’m currently continuing my education at Northern Arizona University, pursuing my Doctorate in Physical Therapy, a field that allows me to blend my passion for health, connection, and helping others thrive.

During my time here at Connect Couples and In Session Psych, I’ve enjoyed helping our team share meaningful stories, highlight our therapists, and connect with our community through thoughtful and creative content.

When I’m not studying or creating content, you can find me enjoying a workout, spending time with friends and family, or discovering new coffee spots around town.

I’m grateful to be part of a team that values connection, growth, and authenticity, and I look forward to continuing to share that with our community!
