Rachel Kloss, LCSWA
Rachel Kloss, LCSWA, is a couples therapist at our Charlotte, NC office. She is passionate about helping couples strengthen their connection, navigate challenges, and foster emotional safety and trust in their relationship. Rachel is trained in the Gottman Method (Level 1) and uses evidence-based strategies to support couples through conflict, transitions, and relational stuck points.
Rachel earned her Master of Social Work from Michigan State University and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Grand Valley State University. She has experience facilitating therapy for adolescents, parents, and families, and brings a calm, steady, and thoughtful presence to her work.
She provides in-person therapy on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays until 7:30pm, and every other Saturday from 9am–1pm. Rachel also co-facilitates our Couples Book Club and specializes in working with premarital couples using the PREPARE/ENRICH assessment.
